It is requested that the requisite information in respect of your zone may be forwarded to the Ministry in the same proforma and for the same period with copy to Kolkata Central Excise - I Commissionerate via E-mail at the addresses given below. It may also be ensured that no promotions in the grade of Superintendent are effected until further orders since the Kolkata High Court order is applicable to all the Commissionerates.
